The International Education Stream (IES) for Manitoba graduates is dedicated to providing international students graduating in Manitoba and meeting the needs of industry faster pathways to nomination.
There are three pathways:
Note: If you are an international student who graduated in another province of Canada, you will not be eligible under this stream but may be eligible under the renewed Skilled Worker in Manitoba Stream.

The processing time for eligible applications can be eight (8) months or more.
